Goodness Of Fresh Turmeric


Some Turmeric Herbal Drink & Uses Recipes

(Used Largely In Javanese Daily House-whole To Keep Their Body Fit And Healthy)

There are several ways and tips to consume turmeric empirically in the home, by boiling turmeric and coupled with a few other ingredients according to the disease to be treated. 

Here are some examples:

Fever: 
fresh normal turmeric washed (20g), grated, plus 100ml lukewarm water, squeeze with filter cloth. Water is taken 2 times a day.

Diarrhea: 
turmeric sliced​​, boiled with water, plus 1 teaspoon water whiting, stir until smooth. Chill. The filter water is taken 3 times a day until healed.

Ulcers: 
turmeric size of a thumb grated, plus a teaspoon of water whiting and lemon 1 orange juice, stirring until smooth. Apply the mixture on the parts of the body.

Itching (chickenpox): 
a piece of turmeric, a handful of turmeric leaves washed, blended until smooth like porridge. Apply on the itching part of the body.

Whitish: 
Turmeric old/dry (15g) peeled and grated. Plus 150ml tamarind water and sugar and stir well. Squeeze the cloth, and drink every day.

Tonsillitis: 
half finger turmeric grated, plus 2 tablespoons water, stirring until smooth, squeeze and take the water. Add 1 country chicken egg yolk and a little water whiting. Beat and mix, drink 1 to 2 times a day.

Gingivitis: 
half thumb turmeric and 3 pieces of sliced ​​gambier (The inspissated juice of a plant (Uncaria Gambir) growing in Malacca.). Boil in 2 cups of water so that the remaining 1 cup. Use water to rinse 3 to 4 times a day.

Late menstruation:
turmeric (15g), nutmeg and cardamom seeds (10g), coriander, black cumin and cloves (5g). Boil these ingredients with 3 cups of water to the remaining 1 cup. Cool, strain, divided into 3 sections to drink 3 times a day.

Skin and general health (herbal): 
100g fresh turmeric, lemon juice 100 ml, 11/2 tablespoons of honey and water. Turmeric mashed in a blender, combine the turmeric paste with honey and lemon juice. Add water as needed. Drink regularly.
